We’ve been baking brilliant breads since the early 1970s…  delivering a world of flavour to the nation’s tables.  

As a family, we started off with naan breads – using our unique tandoor oven and top secret recipes to create some of the lightest and tastiest authentic naans you’ll ever find. 
Our grandfather opened Nottingham’s very first curry house and when we realised that naan lovers just couldn’t get enough of our flatbreads, the family opened a dedicated bakery so that we could share them far and wide. 
Since then our fab team of bakers has taken inspiration from around the world to bring you a super-duper range of breads including Greek pittas, Turkish flatbreads, American sub rolls, Lebanese flatbreads, Asian rotis and a whole lot more. 
We’re trend setters… always looking for exciting new dishes created through a fusion of flavours and cultures. We developed the world’s first sourdough naan… and we’ve got plenty of other incredible ideas up our sleeve too. Watch this space!
